Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (WH PT and PFPT) is a specialization within the field of physical therapy that addresses the physical and functional impairments related to pelvic floor conditions (such as incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain), pregnancy, and postpartum. Although many of these conditions are common in women throughout all life-stages, but they are not normal. There are simple, conservative treatment options available that can significantly improve your quality of life and prevent the progression of your symptoms over time.
